KemyShopping is a South African online marketplace built to help customers buy from approved local sellers through one organised shopping, payment, delivery and support experience.

What KemyShopping does

We provide the marketplace website and apps, customer accounts, product discovery, checkout, order records, central support and marketplace controls. Approved sellers list and prepare their products, while delivery may be completed by a KemyShopping driver, an approved courier such as The Courier Guy, or collection when that option is offered.

A basket may contain products from different sellers. Those products can be accepted, packed, collected, tracked, delivered or returned separately while remaining visible under the same customer order.

Who sells the product?

Unless another retailer is clearly identified on the product page, at checkout or on the invoice, KemyShopping is the contracting retailer and merchant of record. Approved sellers act as supply or fulfilment partners. KemyShopping receives the customer payment and remains the central contact for delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds and product-related remedies.

The contracting structure shown to the customer must match the invoice, payment settlement, seller agreement and actual responsibility for the order.

How shopping works

1. Choose a product and review its seller, condition, price, stock, included items, delivery estimate and warranty information.
2. Enter the delivery or collection information and review every charge before paying.
3. Use only the payment methods displayed in the KemyShopping checkout.
4. Follow the order as payment is confirmed, the seller packs it, the driver or courier collects it and delivery is completed.
5. Use My Account or contact KemyShopping for a cancellation, return, refund, warranty or delivery problem.

Seller approval and product trust

Seller approval is not a product guarantee. It means the seller has completed the applicable onboarding checks. Sellers must keep accurate identity, banking and sourcing records; list lawful and genuine products; disclose material product condition; maintain realistic stock; and cooperate with customer remedies.

For phones and other high-value electronics, KemyShopping may verify supplier invoices, serial or IMEI records, network status, activation-lock status and whether the product is new, pre-owned or refurbished.

Our customer-service principles

• Prices and material charges are shown before the customer places an order.
• A payment method is advertised as available only when it is active at checkout.
• Customers receive a central KemyShopping route for order, delivery and return support.
• Statutory rights do not disappear because a seller, courier or payment provider is involved.
• Reviews may be moderated for authenticity, safety and lawfulness, but not merely because they are critical.
